This week my husband and I get two dates. We are going to a movie tonight, and we had a very fun lunch date yesterday. We ditched the kids and headed over to Crepes & Cravings on 17th. Holy yum Batman. First we each had a savory crepe. I had the Chicken Garlic Chili Club. It has Chicken with bacon, Swiss and parmesan cheese, spinach, roasted red pepper and a garlic chili aioli, delicious! Loved every Bite! Hubby had the Ham, Egg and Cheese which contained black forest ham with melted provolone cheese, spinach and tomato on an egg brushed crepe. Also delicious, we decided to trade halves so both got to enjoy each flavor. Hubby liked the Ham the best, I liked the Chicken. Then we stayed for dessert, I got a double scoop of gelato as I could not decide on flavors. First was the caramel cinnamon, very tasty, then chocolate peanut butter, best gelato ever! Clarke got the mother lode of desserts, the Waffle Cone Crepe, a crepe filled with bananas, strawberries, chocolate sauce and caramel folded up in a crepe and placed in a waffle cone and then filled with his choice of gelato. That was one serious dessert! As everything was exceedingly delicious, we will be back for sure.
